At Centered Space, we offer therapy grounded in compassion, the nervous system, and creativity. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, we welcome you exactly as you are.

Centered Space is located on Route 340, between Harpers Ferry and Charles Town—just minutes from the Maryland and Virginia borders. We are easily accessible to the Eastern Panhandle and the wider tri-state area.
