Ways we can support you
Individual Therapy for Adults
Are you feeling like a part of yourself has drifted away—or perhaps has never truly been seen? If the weight of anxiety, low self-worth, or old wounds feels too familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. In our individual sessions, we’ll gently explore who you are beneath expectations and old stories—what inspires you, what drains you, and what’s quietly waiting for your attention.
Our work is rooted in the belief that you already hold wisdom and strength within you; together, we’ll create the safety and support needed to access it. With a person-centered, somatic, and polyvagal lens, we’ll pay attention to how your body, nervous system, and inner parts carry your experiences—and create new ways of responding that feel steady and more intentional. Our work will gently explore how your body and nervous system hold your stories, and how, with care and curiosity, you can begin to shift those patterns and find more ease.
If you’re ready to come back to yourself—or simply curious about what is possible—let’s talk. We’re here, and we would be honored to walk alongside you.
Play-Based Therapy for Children
In our work together, I will create a warm, playful, and deeply respectful space where your child feels truly seen and accepted for exactly who they are. Using play-based therapy, expressive arts, and creative exploration, I’ll invite your child to process their experiences and express themselves in the language that comes most naturally to them: play and creativity. In the therapy room, you’ll find toys, crafts, art materials, and space to move — but most importantly, you’ll find connection. Through play, art, and gentle conversation, I strive to help children build emotional awareness, explore their inner world, and discover healthy ways of navigating life’s challenges. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” your child; it’s about honoring who they are and giving them — and you — tools and insights that can support growth and healing.
Therapy for Teens
Being a teenager today is so hard. You’re navigating endless expectations — school pressures, social media, friendships, identity, and family dynamics — all while trying to figure out who you are and where you belong. Everywhere you turn, it can feel like someone is judging, measuring, or criticizing, and it’s easy to get caught between wanting to fit in and wanting to be yourself. No wonder so many teens feel overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or unsure of where to turn.
Teen therapy offers a private, judgment-free space to slow down and breathe. Here, you don’t have to perform, explain, or pretend to be okay. Instead, you get to be fully yourself — messy, complicated, and human. Together, we’ll explore the things that weigh on you: identity, relationships, self-doubt, anxiety, intense emotions, or just feeling stuck. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, build tools for navigating challenges, and feel more grounded and confident in who you’re becoming.
You deserve a place where you are seen, understood, and truly valued. Your story matters. You matter.
Couples Counseling
Even the strongest relationships go through seasons of struggle. Maybe you and your partner keep circling the same arguments without resolution. Maybe the silence between you feels heavier than the words you used to share so easily. Or maybe you’ve both been carrying unspoken resentments, past hurts, or disappointments that feel too big to navigate alone. Whatever has brought you here, one thing is certain: you’re longing to feel closer, understood, and supported again.
In couples therapy, we create a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and valued. Using a collaborative, compassionate approach, we help you slow down, truly listen to each other, and begin to understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll explore your needs, strengthen your communication, and rebuild trust and connection at a pace that feels right for both of you.
We know reaching out for help isn’t easy — it takes courage to admit something isn’t working and to hope for something better. But with curiosity, compassion, and intentional effort, healing and reconnection are possible. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
